Artist Alec Monopoly’s collection “Rags to Richie” is the first project to debut publicly on HyperMint. HyperMint, MoonPay’s newly launched platform, enables companies, agencies, and brands to create, manage, as well as mint their own NFTs. Not only that, HyperMint will be the exclusive minting partner of the Alec Monopoly’s Rags to Richie NFT collection. Leading NFT art curator NFTGrails is also involved in the project.
In addition to the NFT collection, Alec Monopoly has also partnered with JOYSTICK. Through this collaboration, Monopoly will create an immersive SandBox Club and Metaverse Art Gallery that showcases the Rags to Richie artworks. This includes plans to feature Monopoly performing a live DJ set in The Sandbox’s Rags to Richie space.
The HyperMint platform will support Monopoly’s focus on weaving utility into the creativity and dynamism of the collection. This is advantageous for artists such as Alec Monopoly, as HyperMint allows creators to own the intellectual property of their NFTs and scale their NFT collection without any additional problems.
HyperMint helps creators market their ideas quickly – without needing third-party developers. According to MoonPay, HyperMint has the ability to mint hundreds of millions of utility NFTs a day. The company also envisions HyperMint playing the same role as Amazon’s cloud computing service Amazon Web Service (AWS) in web3.
